The Barbon Inn lies in the delightful village of Barbon, nestling in the Lune valley, deep between the LAKE DISTRICT and the YORKSHIRE DALES. Originally built in the 17th century as a Coaching Inn, it has recently been refurbished retaining all the character you would expect to find in a building over 300 years old.

Following a reburbishment this spring my sister and I decided to open up the fires and burn logs; this creates an atmosphere that only real log fires give and this is only possible because of the commitment of my brother-in-law Peter; who works endlessly chopping logs and kindling.
